Photographers, Photo Credits

I’ve been meaning to “Shout-This-Out” for awhile now; I’m for the most part, trying to be respectful of Photographers who share and provide their images via a Creative Commons agreement provided by many photo sharing resources such as MorgueFile.com, Flickr.com, etc.

It’s more than just your name

Photo Credits, Accreditation, I get the “False Modesty” thing and trying to stay under the radar, but it would help a lot if you provided a comprehensive list of not only how you’d like to be acknowledged for your great work, but your valuable Social Media links too.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked for the name of a photographer or contact information of an image only to find a cute nickname, initials or some other clueless clue to who they might be and how to find them — more importantly, how can I tell Others about you and where to find you.

Searching a Half an Hour is beyond the call of duty

Photo Credit information of an imageI’ve have spent up to and I’m sure in some cases more than 30-minutes trying to find Photo Credit information of an image; only to abandon the unsuccessful search empty handed. Can you imagine how much that costs me? Over time, that’s a lot.

Remember, I’m trying to help you become “Remarkable” (I already think you are) — “Worthy of Comments from Others” = That’s me.

It’s not Rocket Surgery; Name, Rank and…
Social Media Links please

The Ask: Simple as 1, 2, 3,

  1. Your Name: Your Full Name
(if you want to remain anonymous, cool, just say we can use your images without credits)
  2. Website or eMail Address: How can we FIND you
  3. Social Media Links: Instagram, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, etc.

If you’re a Head-Shot Photographer on the West Coast and want to collaborate on a “New” Business Model (project) with me, please contact me.

Thank You
